I believe in pursuing passions in life, no matter the age! For me, that includes being a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (practicing over 20 years), with a multi-disciplinary approach and focus. Starting with a foundation in Integrative and Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle, my goal with every client is to achieve balance within the body and mind, and increase healthspan through an individualized approach.

To add to so much goodness, I'm also an indie producer, telling stories and working on projects that inspire and encourage others. My first short film won silver! Currently, I am working on a project highlighting my love for health, wellness and all things being ageless. Stay tuned!!

 

I have always held a strong belief that when given a platform, it's essential to use it for the good. It's my goal, with both production and healthcare, to help all people be healthy, feel beautiful, loved and important. Speaking on various podcasts and at events allows me that platform to reach many more than I could in a one-on-one setting, and for that, I am thankful.

 

As you get to know me, you'll see I am a Momma Nature Advocate and an all-around flower child (as my friends say)! We're all in this world together and together we can make this world magnificent!
